YOUR ACCESS TO SUCCESS EC 2017 app for iPhone and iPad

This application supports the PHOENIX Pharmacy Partnership European Conference taking place from 19 – 21 October 2017 in Berlin. Participants can use the app to get in contact with each other, interact with the speakers and receive information all around the conference. Also there is the opportunity to inform about the stay and practical information. The application also provides the possibility to make notes concerning every single lecture, either through text, by voice or picture. There is also a function included in the app which allows the user to ask questions to the speakers while they are speaking, as well as answering to live surveys the speakers ask them to complete. A group chat where all participants can exchange information and a selfie function where the guests can create their personal impression of the PHOENIX Pharmacy Partnership European Conference are installed. An interactive agenda provides the user with an overview of the schedule of the European Conference and a short summary of the different topics. Participants can manage their contacts via a directory and use the directory even after the conference to get in touch with their business partners. General information, like check-in/check–out times or the dress code regarding the event can be checked as well as the bus schedule. Also, users can gather information about the different sponsors. After the event took place every participant can use the app to give feedback about it.
